Streitz Dental Arts $1,000 Academic Scholarship

We are excited to announce a new scholarship fund for local students! You do not have to be a patient to apply.

Here at Streitz Dental Arts, our doctors and staff believe that investing in yourself and your education will create excellent opportunities for your future. That’s why we are initiating the Streitz Dental Academic Scholarship, awarding a local student $1,000 to put toward their education beyond high school.

We welcome applicants who are attending ANY type of educational program beyond high school, which includes “traditional” colleges, vocational ,and technical educational programs.

The application process can be found below. We’ve tried to make it as simple and as straight forward as possible. Just submit a few documents and a short video telling us about your future plans and how you would benefit from the Streitz Dental Academic Scholarship! Applicants must be current high school seniors, recent high school graduates, or currently enrolled in post-high school education.
